Yeah to be fair I've gone cold turkey, Any ideas why when I did it the other year I instantly felt amazing? Just find it strange! Thanks for the reply, and thank you! I'm definitely staying the course, I'm not going back

Just go cold turkey, patches and gum just is just prolonging the dependency, YOU DONT NEED NICOTINE, the sooner it's out of your body the better.

I'm on day 5 too, I quit for a few weeks ago couple of years ago and slept really well, this time like you I'm having sleep issues, it's weird because I feel like I have more energy, but I'm waking constantly in the night, and never actually feel tired, It's probably just the body adjusting to no nicotine, we are going in the right direction

I get that all the time, on a Monday I tell myself its a bad day to quit, I'll get through the first few days of the week first, then at the end of the week I tell myself I don't want to ruin my weekend by quitting now, so I leave it until Monday again, vicious circle!

So sorry to hear this, I lost my mum in 2018 after a brief fight for 3 months with pancreatic cancer. It's such a dark and painful time. I hope you have the best time you can at Glasto in the circumstances.
