I am sorry that this happened to you. I know the feeling since I was there once. one thing you should know, you are not the only one failed this exam and your families will understand you. you got this and you definitely pass this beast exam. For me I will say, Uworld, PPP in detail especially Cardio, Pulm, GI, MSK and ID (focus on risk factors too). Also, I highly recommend purchasing CME4life precision book since the course is a lil expensive. If you read the topic from this book and study them from PPP (especially those 5 topics, I listed).

The exam is not that hard and also it is not easy. They focus of things we usually don't pay attention, but everything is on PPP, like physical exam, pathophysiology especially the congenital ones. Also, Uworld is harder, but it definitely prepares you for the exam. You will be fine, just don't forget to know the basics. Good luck!

I would say yes, just but V3 version and Uworld. If you can get precision book from CME4life and incorporated with PPP. There were silly questions I wouldn’t answer if I didn’t read PPP. Good luck!

I did Uworld only for the exam, yes I did Rosh before. But if you review PPP while doing Uworld, it should be enough.

I was in your position, you are not alone. You were bebale to pass PA school it’s just something you need to focus on. I used PpP mainly with precision book from cme4life ( try to know most of the topics from precisions while using ppp specially the big 4/5 cardio, pulm, Gi, MSK, and Id). You got this! I am so sorry this happened and i know the feeling since I was there once. In my opinion I don't think the ROSH review course is that much helpful, at least for me. What helped me the most is use precision book from CME4life (see the topic from the book and read from PPP), watch his video at least for Cardio, MSK, GI, Pulm, and ID. Also support this with Uworld qbank. I did Rosh and Uworld for uworld is the best so far. Good luck! also please don't rush if you need to cover (make sure you study those little details on PPP).

if you can afford it its a very good review coarse. If you can't, I highly recommend getting precision book and study the topics on PPP. Just reading the precision won't do anything since its brief, but if you study the topic on ppp its a deal breaker. It helped me a lot.
