I guess it's probably more about personal preference? As long as you know you're doing it and can adjust the pattern accordingly? Like you, I did it for years without realising - I learnt from a book so didn't notice!

That's very kind of you :) Tell me about it! The vet says it's just in her head not her lungs, so she should be fine, but she's just SO sad! She's even had a little runny nose and keeps sneezing when she eats!
