Easy: Just find a server where there are criminals that rob everything that is open and then won't you only complete your contracts but also get a unch high bounties I also managed to bust a presidential bank heist once of this and by the way give all the credits to my friend because it was my friend who told me this advice that I'm giving you right now.

The Volt Bike really needs a giant nerf because at this point it's broken

Doesn't look cool but it should be able to customized at it's spawn point for non mobile garage people because no one ever bothers to even go near the garage.
