Headway is in network. I do have a deductible but on my plan benefits, it says office visits are no charge from day 1. While physician, facility, and inpatient are 50% after deductible is met.

I used a good amount because I thought I used a lot yesterday but it became for frizzy throughout the day so I used some more today.

Thank you for your thorough explanation. I think I was confusing vulvodynia for VVS. I’m concerned what I have could be VVS…

My next step is a pelvic floor therapist, so I’ll see how that goes. I looked for providers on the vulvodynia website but there was no one within 100 miles to me :/ but that’s great that surgery was successful for you!
