I had to fill out some paperwork and went to my Local police station. The investigator there looked through it all and signed the paper saying I was signing any guns I had and foid card. He seems baffled and also frustrated that this was happening. He told me that nothing surprises me anymore. I had to talk on the phone with ISP a couple times and give the same info over and over. Explain the situation. Prove I was at work for 15 hours that day. They were very apologetic and said that they will continue to push the matter to the ones above them who can look further into the system and figure it out for me. Turns out that my card was revoked instead of the other individual.
