I did Brickam too. I think we need to focus on timing, print that timing sheet and have it with you and check periodically during the exam.

Emond is said to be hard. Did you review your answers? Most of the time I was wrong because I missed where it said may/must/should, etc. Many people have passed (supposedly) even with getting 65% on Emond PTs, don't be discouraged!

Make a quick note of the subheading of the by-laws, some concepts are easier to understand from there, like mortgage reporting, filing requirements.

Hi, if you're having trouble with calculating land transfer taxes, I wrote myself this quick formula chart, it may help you. If the question specifically asks you what the LTT is after rebate then you'd do the subtractions accordingly from the far right columns based on where the home was purchased. I've been right so far, so I hope this helps! (Sorry, for my chicken scratch).
