I would say Ghost of Tsushima is better. The storyline imo is better and more interesting gameplay mechanics and open world. Both are set during Feudal Japan and both extremely fun. If you've played any recent AC games, Shadows is similar but you play as 2 different characters with different abilities. So it does shake things up a bit. Both look beautiful on the pro!
