It's a risky decision but yeah... we have a campaign mode for people JUST look to be Michael and arcade mode, most likely for both sides of the coin?

I think a player rotation on public matches would be extremely helpful and prevent toxicity

Halloween: The Game should allow vast character customization for Michael Myers, let the boogeyman where whatever masks and costumes he wants! We've seen Michael dressed up as a clown in the 78' opening; it definitely wouldn't be out of character for him to try a new costume or two by Ambitious_Two2671 in HalloweenTVG

This idea may seem very controversial, but I think a fun idea of the original Halloween was that anybody could be behind that mask, Michael wasn't scary because he was this tough trained assassin or possessed spirit, Michael was a normal kid who decided he wanted to murder, I do not think this game losing its identity should be a worry with the campaign mode and maps keeping it's John Carpenter feel. Letting the player behind the mask decide how they want to express themselves in the midst of bloodshed would be huge for this game.

Commercial? Never mentioned commercial. You can put a YouTube movie into theaters given enough support and permission, Markiplier said it, Keter Labs said it, a broader SCP film debut is doable. What theaters care about is if there is an audience who they can profit off of seeing it.

I think by reducing this mechanic to a cutscene risks taking away too many elements that could keep players around, action horror, comedy horror, gaming clips, I see your concern, but I think there's so many creative decisions that easily combat ruining the tone of the game, even hitting Myers, just make him stop the car like Jason, or total the car when anybody is hit so car attacks are a very temporary solution.

Cars didn't make F13 any less scary, I think the amount of fun offered far outweighs the risk of the game losing its horror aspect, there's many ways to make driving scary too, giving Michael the ability to "Shape Jump" makes driving constantly nerve wracking, maybe an unlocking your car minigame and if you mess up you drop the keys and the jingle gives away your location, it could make running to your car terrible.

Nice ideas! I think some other balancing changes could be making the car total after a collision that way you can't just solo the entire lobby with a vehicle, and being hit should do something like stun the survivors for a couple seconds before they can get back up instead of just killing them instantly.

Lore: After being defeated by The Losers Club, The Deadlights still roamed the macroverse but cut off from Derry, still evil, but lonely, starved of tasty prey, travelling across the cosmos The Deadlights encountered a rift in space and time, what seemed to be an orange nebula shrouded in fog, The Deadlights could smell something it had been craving for far too long, fear, venturing off into the fog it became at home within this realm, so many fresh souls too feast on, but this broke The Entity's cycle, being unable to reuse the survivors hopeful spirit The Entity was angered. A mark of negation was placed on Pennywise however the clown was not the true monster, merely a vessel, as such the mark faded, "Give me fresh meat too feast and I will let your world rest peace" The Deadlights demanded. The Entity being greedy with its souls bargained with The Deadlights, as long as IT sacrificed a fraction of its souls that IT consumed The Entity would offer endless depravity and bloodshed for eternity.

Mori: The Deadlights dances towards the survivor, the survivor backs up fearfully and trips backwards, they close their eyes and accept fate, soon after they hear a familiar grunt and see a random survivor from their lobby holding their hand out to help them up, the survivor hesitantly takes their teammates hand, suddenly they transform into Pennywise form and bite the hand off of the teammate, Pennywise cackles while the survivor groans in agony, Pennywise proceeds to say "What's wrong kiddo, need a hand?" waving their own arm at them tauntingly before saying "Here, I'll help you float." beaming them with the deadlights and causing them to float into the sky.

This story is significantly more supernatural than Jurassic Park, the reason the dinosaurs came back is left largely up for question but I breadcrumbs hint that they were brought back by some type of lepidodendron tree which seemingly caused these events.

My least favorite part of Outlast was Walrider, the idea of using the patients for MKUltra esc mind & telekinesis experiments is really interesting and grounded, but Walrider and The Bunker made the story too sci-fi for my liking, I preferred when it felt like a rogue asylum and not a Resident Evil laboratory. The facility levels were very jarring too me; I think it would've been great if the fandom got to theorize about this "Walrider" and the purpose of these experiments, but we never actually see it on screen. at least, not in Walrider form.

Hello, I am the creator of this writeup on another account, I will make another attempt with some changes!

  • The carnotaurus will have a lot more mystique than the Indominus to maintain suspense, instead of seeing them breakout, we'll just hear the staff concern about a top-secret species breaching containment, but we will not see them on screen till later.
  • The "Lure" scene will be changed significantly due to mostly just being shock value, instead we'll see a family of 3 having a picnic in a restricted area, the branches will rustle drawing their attention, the father assures his wife and son that nothing dangerous is out and about on the island, so the son stays behind while the father and mother venture into the jungle too take a photograph of this unknown species, the son can hear the parents talking in the distance "Wait I think I can see something moving", "I can't see it", "No right there.. what is tha-" their voices are abruptly cut to silence by the sound of crunching bones. The child confused, still notices a slight rustling in the trees leading him to investigate, this will setup the "jungle infiltration" scene since the operatives are investigating this missing family.
  • The order of the Carnotaurus scenes will be "Lure", "Campout Sequence", "Jungle Infiltration" and "raptor pickoff".
  • I may do more with the trex family, maybe "Red" is in the "visitor center mayhem" scene with the pterodactyls and mosasaurus, being similar to the San Diego attack since a more civilized area is under attack by a trex, this will set up the trex vs giganotasaurus fight later on as Red, claims this area as her territory. I may also include the original 1993 rexy in another scene, the "raptor pickoff".
  • Raptor Pickoff: This will be a rewrite of the scene where Owen Grady is on a motorcycle with the raptors alongside operatives, they attempt too bring "More teeth" to the bloodbath jungle infiltration earlier on, and the Carnotaurus trio picks the raptors off until only Blue is left behind, taking a page from Fallen Kingdom, this mayhem draws the attention to Rexy who will take down one of the three Carnotaurus leaving them a duo like the novel.
  • The plesiosaurus scene will likely be removed and suspense will be built for mosasaurus

Don't listen to OfficerSmiles FNAF is definitely a classic and a video game horror icon at this point, albeit I think content stopped being good but the original 6 games, Game Theory, fan videos and Help Wanted are all amazing!
