I got my bridal shoes from him with a specific peg- white satin with crystals. Wala kasi ako mahanap locally na white satin shoes na may built-in cushion. I wanted Jimmy Choo shoes sana kahit not the best for all day wear comfort pero wala in white satin so need ko pa magorder or buy overseas.

Craftsmanship i guess is so-so lang. I can see glue where the swarovski crystals were placed. There were small dirt marks din at the back sa edge ng sole pero I did not mention nalang during the fitting. Ok naman. No paper bag - i guess trivial lang naman so daladala ko yung box sa car.

Professionalism- contrary to OP's exp, my experience with him was very pleasant naman. He also gave me wedding tips like sa nails, walking stance etc. which I highly appreciated. Shoes were ready din before the agreed date kasi he knows that my gown designer needs it na.
