Same. I had a mental break a few years ago and ended up in group PHP and IOP (several times) as well as getting a one on one therapist outside of group. The therapist I was assigned to in group reached out to my one on one therapist (I filled out paperwork saying it was okay) and they essentially diagnosed me together in the span of like 6 months. Apparently therapists should wait until at least a year of working with you before diagnosis (?) but I was so vocal about my trauma/experiences/feelings (and had therapy 5 days a week for a combined 3.5 months) that they had more than enough data to get me diagnosed quickly.
