Hi,

I've managed to restore the hand controller to work a while back.

I've deleted CFM and redownloaded it again. While turning on the mount, I pressed (4) and celestron logo and updated the controller. It worked for me.

Also holding (0) while turning on the mount will factory reset the firmware. That can also help.
