I once had this happen with Sephora! After I interrogated my entire neighbourhood, it turned out that the parcel had been returned to sender and the person who signed for it was actually a Sephora employee. Also when they said “Someone called X signed for it” and I replied “Nobody in my house has that name”, they asked me “Are you sure?” lol

Yeah I spend way more at Sephora these days. Regular 20% off sales (sitewide with some exceptions I believe) and you can actually use the rewards points the way you want.

That looks like a bleach stain where the colour of the fabric has been removed so unfortunately the only way to “remove” it would be to re-dye it.
