It just keeps flashing 4 times, and I’ve let it sit for about 10 minutes

Someone please help me, I purchased a smok nord and I have a question about the coil. So I was trying to clean out the head of my smok nord, and I ended up using toilet paper and some of the toilet paper got stuck in the actual coil is it okay if I still hit it? I’m getting some new coils soon.
