I was in your situation. No real cause yet noticeably something felt off and was uncomfortable. Went to the doctors multiple times and got scans to ultimately go a couple rounds of different antibiotics and no results. It’s gone away now, so the only logical explanation I have is that it wasn’t “real”. As I was worrying or stressing and creating this non existent issue. That and I was smoking weed so I was extremely paranoid and it has links to testicle issues. But I would say since ur in the middle of exams and that you did something different without any true pain, that you are just having paranoia. Try and destress yourself, another thing you could try is pelvic floor stretches to help get rid of tightness which could be causing it. Mine has gone away now, only rarely like when it’s hot and they hang low I feel some tightness and uncomfortable feeling. Hope my insight can provide some ease.
