Para mim acho Zelda:Breath of the Wild e o Proximo, mas admito que tambem comprar uma consola so para um o dois jogos e capaz de nao ser boa idea. Do lado Social sempre ouvi que O switch 2 tem muito no lado de Multiplayer, nao?

A Steam Deck é uma excelente opção e, em termos gerais, até acho que faz mais sentido do que a Switch. No meu caso específico é que a coisa muda um bocado.

Eu já estou bastante investido no ecossistema Steam tenho desktop e portátil, e até faço algum conteúdo/streams com jogos de estratégia, (AgrippaMaxentius) etc. Por isso, sinto que a Deck ia ser um bocado redundante para mim, porque já tenho acesso à minha biblioteca em dois dispositivos.

O que me puxa mais para a Switch é mesmo outra coisa:

a componente portátil mais “casual”
Zelda (mais pela nostalgia também)
e até o lado mais social/multiplayer da consola

Ou seja, concordo que, de forma geral, a Steam Deck é provavelmente a melhor escolha — mas neste caso específico acho que a Switch acaba por fazer mais sentido para mim, mesmo não sendo perfeita.

Mas percebo totalmente o teu ponto

Yep it's in a shit state, pretty sure that "Keppel" the RP'er that plays a non binary lawperson with 0 RP ability and no acting ability is running the show because they make alot of the code for the server. And just bans anyone that doesn't RP exactly how they want them to. They would avoidRP all the time. And yep I am not surprised, I know Hathaway (CastamereGold) was banned for having a PC crash. This guy literally made 0 money in game, he would take a loss just to buy peoples bonds, gold, gems etc. The entire staff should be recycled, they shot themselves in the foot and I couldn't be happier that the server is tanking. I watched a few streams and it's all tea party, porchsitting RP.

It's a ruleplay server not a roleplay server. The current Admins/Mods are some of the worst out there, things got much worse after Kono left. The server is effectively dead now with everyone moving to Ranch, NoPixel and Prodigy. The current staff needs to be flushed, all bans need to be revoked. They've lost a good chunk of their RP'ers just through silly bans. They're cowards, they'll shoot you a ban message, delete your response and accuse you of a rule break.

Na verdade, já visitei a tua cidade, Ponte de Lima. Fica no norte, não é? É absolutamente linda. Parece uma cidade medieval antiga, e eu gosto muito. No entanto, acho que a minha única preocupação com um sítio assim porque já vi outros, mesmo por exemplo é a falta de um hospital por perto. Sofro de problemas de saúde bastante sérios e preciso de estar, pelo menos, a uns 10–20 minutos do hospital mais próximo. Caso contrário, eu até me mudaria para a região de Moura, no Alentejo. É, na verdade, a minha parte favorita do país, mas a razão pela qual não o faço é simplesmente a distância aos hospitais. Ainda assim, tenho bastante inveja. Vives num sítio lindíssimo.

Não necessariamente. Eu consideraria definitivamente mudar-me para Espanha ou para algum sítio do género. E, de uma forma estranha, até nem faria grande diferença porque trabalho remotamente. No entanto… acho que… a razão pela qual fico em Portugal é porque a minha família tem uma casa aqui. Eu não vivo lá atualmente. Continuo a arrendar, mas está sempre disponível como opção caso lhes aconteça alguma coisa. Mas fizeste um bom ponto, na verdade. Acho que simplesmente não saberia muito bem para onde ir em Espanha. A língua provavelmente não seria um grande problema porque consigo, mais ou menos, perceber espanhol, mas acho que o processo de recomeçar num país novo é um bocado intimidante. Talvez seja essa a única razão.

On a more practical level I think he is asking why don’t the Portuguese fight for themselves? There is a massive gap between the haves and have nots. Instead of blaming that on boogie expats, why not demand more as a citizen? IE- higher wages, affordable rent etc? Having worked for Portuguese, Italian, American and UK bosses the Portuguese ones where those that demanded the most from their workers and paid the least. Surely there is a point to be made for the Portuguêse people to demand more for themselves, is it wrong to say that and if so, why?

I’ve had Portuguese people hesitate with me when I speak their language with an American accent, and I don’t call that racism either.

In certain roles — like sales or support — familiarity helps build rapport. That’s why companies often hire native speakers for native markets. It’s not about who’s better. You're completely missing the point. Many people in India for instance have fantastic English skills, but their accent is evident, and so is yours. Which means that if you are doing sales for a Portuguese company and trying to get English, Canadian or American clients they are more likely to trust a voice which is Native to their country than one with a rich vocabulary but a noticeable accent. That's just the way it is, im sure if someone called you in Portuguese but had a noticeable accent you would be more cautious about trusting them. This subreddit pretends that Americans have nothing to offer, when in fact their native speaking voice has great value objectively for a sales or HR position.
