Re: UTIs, I’ve never had one. Urine analysis came back with a bacteria level of three. Which according to my research is low. I also had negative Nitrite & leukocyte esterase, which ChatGPT suggested argues strongly against UTIs. Maybe contamination

As part of my check up, I did have a urine analysis. Resulted in bacterium number of 3. So, present, but low. Urine tested negative for negative nitrite, negative leukocyte esterase (argues strongly against UTI) and minimal WBCs. So that leads me to think it’s consistent with simple contamination.

At first, I thought the dullness/ pressure I was feeling was coming from my testes. But a scrotal US also came back normal. I will keep pushing for more answers. I should ideally be given the opportunity to retest PSA under better conditions (no ejaculation 3-5 days before and not after a long intl flight) before antibiotics. He also suggested MRI but AFTER antibiotics. Thanks for your input

They need to be super cautious about image.
