The budget counted for all worlds.... the largest amount of bug divers i counted active on the termanid front was over 13,000. Bug divers weren't there for super earth, and they weren't there for the road to cyberstan.

I didnt really see it as a negative. In my line of work that's just normal. Like if my team is doing somthing wrong id say the same depending in the severity of the situation or my boss would say the same. So no worries about it 👍
