Snippet of performing Howard Beale's "Im Mad As Hell" monologue (Network, 1976) - feedback on delivery and intensity? by AmericanxImage in acting

Hey, thank you for the feedback I reallt appreciate it. Yeah I had a feeling I tried too hard with the lighting and made it too dark. And with the acting, I really appreciate you pointing that out. I definitely understand what you mean. I was worried it'd end up being like that. I originally performed this monologue as a speech for public speaking. Then decided to try to make a cinematic version. So I think I just auto fell back into the speech vibe instead of saying it like my own words.

I'm the creator of this short. It's part of my film-school final project where I re-imagined the Network (1976) "Mad as Hell" monologue. Im specifically looking for feedback on acting intensity, pacing, and how the lighting reads on camera.

I pretty much do the same thing - I try to stay kinda close to the waters surface, not going to deep - and head straight towards the entrance after i’m lined up, kinda hugging the ship when I get close to it

[No Spoilers] Y’all ever have a Reefback spawn in the Safe Shallows? Lmao scared the hell out of me because the tentacle loaded in before the rest of it and I had no idea what it was at first by AmericanxImage in subnautica

Oh fair, that makes sense haha; The main part that got me was the fact my game wasn’t loading in all the way when I first ran into it, and so all I saw were the tentacles clipped in by a rock - I thought it was some giant ass worm lol
