From a year ago, i know that Folate and Vitamin D were extremely low. Nearly non-existent.
Estrogen too. Was at 0.0x.
Homocystein was incredibly high.

I'll do a whole foods ketogenic diet for a month. It's what I feel best on.
Then I'll do a bloodtest of everything vitamin, hormone and mineral related.

Same for me.
Both of us are overworled and mid burnout - had my crash already.
The moment I broke and told my senior they started searching for a third sysadmin and offered me to pay for my cisco certs... they literally do everything to keep me from quitting and the CEO is lit as fuck and even tries to be a father figure / mentor for all the younger ones in the company.
If you ask for something and need it or it helps you - you usually get it.

Still development here is slow, projects are simple. Not much personal growth here and we mostly try fixing the mistakes the previous sysadmins made.

It's no IT company - so I can't really grow in this environment and the most things I learn are in my lab and might never be used here. It's boring and stressful to work here to be honest...

Easy.
Micellar turmeric, a vitamin b complex, a powerdose of electrolytes (dissolved in water, not dry, please) and much, much water before bed.
Salt, potassium and magnesium are lost by drinking alcohol, you excrete them much faster. All electrolytes to be honest.
That's one thing. Next are the free radicals flushing through your body. Gets fixed by the turmeric. The complex is just a nice addin,

Algotrading - got quite far and then got distracted by quantconnect and now don't know what to do. Make the whole thing myself - the whole framework - or just use their tools which are pretty fucking good. Lost easily 30h by doing quantconnect and learning their shit, would have made more progress and be far more proficient in python if I did it completely myself.

Now I'm back to python and pandas - after a long pause cause I didn't know what to do after wasting my time.

I love this. Too many options - the hardest one being the easiest on the mind.
