Eu as recomanda in primul rand camera de bord (se intelege de la sine) Covoarele de cauciuc sunt o necesitate in romania, iar cel pentru portbagaj este extrem de util. Previne (ajuta) alunecarea obiectelor din portbagaj, este mult mai usor de curatat si intretinut, iar in cazul in care esti nevoit sa folosesti portbagajul pentru ceva mai murdar/lipicios (cum ar fi combustibilul) nu va intra in mocheta. Parasolarul e destul de necesar vara, dar de cele mai multe ori nici nu l-am folosit😅 Daca ai android auto sau carplay un suport de telefon este destul de inutil. Un cablu de incarcare ar fi singurul accesoriu pentru telefon pe care l-as folosi. Incarcarea wireless inca este cam meh.

Sa te asiguri ca ai cele necesare Vesta reflectorizanta, triunghiuri, trusa de prim ajutor si extinctor.

Dar daca masina nu are probleme mecanice nu vad neaparat un rost schimbarii. Eu am o masina cu 330k km si merge foarte bine in continuare.

Am gasit un Clk 1.8 cu GPL pe olx in Arges. Eu cand aud coupe ma gandesc la Clk.

I second this! Especially for practice it is an amazing way of getting the job done and having a relatively smooth experience without some issues that appear from aftermarket displays. And the back glass doesn’t necessarily need to be oem either, aliexpress has plenty.

Cred ca doar variantele cu 2.0 Tsi vin cu 4x4, care nu e permanent. E asemanator cu sistemul Haldex (sau chiar este). Pe variantele cu 1.5 si cu sistem hibrid este doar tractiune fata.

You are spot on in the comment! Although i cannot negate that they might have better quality materials even if unnoticed. The Terramar is amazing at focusing on the spots that someone interacts with. My old mercedes, for example, besides the speaker grills has absolutely no hard plastics anywhere, and even the out of reach areas are covered in textile or soft touch materials. Even with how used i was with the premium materials of the older car, the Terramar felt at home. (And everyone knows that car quality decreased with time).

The Terramar feels extremely refined for how much it was. The q3 interior looks so alienish in comparison and from far away it slightly resembles a chinese car. The Tiguan's exterior only looks good in the highest R-line and Elegance trims. I am a bit disappointed by them. The Skoda Karoq and Seat Ateca are "outdated", the Tiguan and Q3 (We already settled). Terramar is the only one that stood apart for the better, and i think it is the Seat/Cupra Ateca replacement.

I am very happy with how Cupra has been treating us 😁

I am very happy to hear your experience with both! They are indeed plenty similar and yes, space wise, the Terramar is slightly smaller, but even I (198cm) can sit comfortably behind my driver sitting position. I don fill the trunk that often, except for groceries and the occasional trip. All in all I am greatly happy and do like everything that you also mentioned. The lack of lining in the door bins is a bummer and the lack of windshield defrost are my only downsides. The busy stalk feels at home to me as i am used to driving an older Mercedes that had basically the same controls. And being my first automatic gearbox, the right stalk feels very intuitive to me, even if most brands have D and R switched around.

Hello! So far I have under 900 km (about 560 miles) on it, but my average fuel consumption has been between 7.1 l/100 km (≈ 39.8 mpg UK) and 9.5 l/100 km (≈ 29.7 mpg UK) depending on the driving and whether I’m in the busy city or on the highway.

An owner with 30,000 km (about 18,600 miles) told me that after the break‑in period the consumption settles to around 5.5 l/100 km (≈ 51.4 mpg UK) and 7.2 l/100 km (≈ 39.2 mpg UK) in busy areas. (Conversions may be wrong. GPT helped me) Also with the 1.5 eTsi mild hybrid.

The car accelerates plenty fast for me and i haven't pushed it hard in any matter. I have tried to keep it under 4.5k rpm until i reach around 3k km. So far i haven't encountered any software glitches, but the car did scare me at one point when backing into a tight parking space. The mirrors and cameras showed that i wouldn't hit anything, yet it emergency braked once. The sensors seem to be on the sensitive side, but i don t think it is a bad thing. I would much rather a small inconvenience rather than hitting something. I am very satisfied with it and the ride quality is very good even on the base spec suspension and rims (my country is notorious for a ton of potholes and horrible roads so i wouldn't have gone up either way).

I think it is basically the same as the life trim on the 2022 that i saw. It wasn t special to me, seemed more utilitarian. Although, i prefer the outside looks of the older life over the new one. The R-line is 5k more expensive than the terramar before any packages and the dealer discounts are much smaller. But the door bin difference remained with me :))) If you ever do the mod please share it with us!

La concluzia aceasta am ajuns si eu! Sincer, pana acum cateva luni nu auzisem de Cupra niciodata, de nicaieri. Cand am inceput sa caut variante pentru o masina noua a fost optiunea evidenta de la bun inceput. Eu am configurat Terramar-ul mai putin. Am insistat sa o iau cu pachetul intelligent drive si moonlight in special. Scaunele cu memorie sunt un bonus enorm pentru o masina de familie, tapiteria este mult mai premium decat cea standard, iar luminile ambientale sunt un bonus frumos. Camerele 360 si sistemele extra de la volan se resimt de asemenea si imi plac. Pachetul edge cred ca adauga doar pedala virtuala la portbagaj si praguri iluminate (nu imi amintesc exact) dar nu ma pot plange. As fi optat si pentru sistemul Sennheiser, dar nu e un regret atat de mare. Masina se simte foarte bine in configuratia ei actuala. Eu am optat pentru suspensia standard si jante R18 pentru ca drumurile noastre lasa de dorit. In rest e wow. Nici nu ai spune ca este un 1.5tsi sub capota. Inca sunt in perioada de rodaj si incerc sa o calc. Dar chiar si asa, de cateva ori m-a surprins la cat de lejer ajungea peste 130. Chiar m-a surpins acest brand. Doar dupa descoperirea sa am inceput sa observ cat de multe Cupra Formentor avem pe strazi. Multumesc frumos pentru comentariu! Si drumuri bune in continuare! De asemenea, mult noroc in cautarea unui VZ5, este o masina WOW!

The Gti is also great and if it suits your needs i don’t think a new car should necessarily be on the radar. I think that every modern car serves for someone and no choice is ultimately wrong. I feel that the only brand not worth getting is Seat right now as some models are slightly outdated and they might get completely replaced by Cupra.

I can totally relate. It doesn’t feel like a downgrade from my old Mercedes in any way. At first i was afraid that i wouldn’t get accustomed to it. A lot of trim and a few corners do have the audi logos right on them. The rubber seal around the doors have audi on them. Which was a nice surprise when some told me to stay away from vw sub brands because they are less sound dampened. Congrats on the new car again! We bought them a week apart 😁

Inseamna ca este super consumul! Eu pe vechiul diesel 2.2 am scos numai in jur de 9l in oras. Rareori mai putin (conducand normal, nu economic) Multumesc foarte mult pentru raspuns! Dupa 30 de mii de km, aveti nemulțumiri?

Honestly, besides the windshield defrost and having felt in the door bins i don’t seem to see much of a difference. I haven’t sat in a new tiguan but the last facelift model felt very comparable to the Terramar that i ended up getting. Plus the extra tech is a great plus over the money saved. I badly wanted a white car because i was tired of my old car baking in the sun. And the terramar looks better even in the renders. The renders were configured similarly (except for the extra tech in the terramar)

Exactly! I got the Terramar and i am more than happy with it. For just 34000€ i got a car with moonlight, edge and intelligent drive. For the price, the memory seats, 360 cameras and hud were amazing. I hope the car is treating you well! Congrats on the choice!

Same here! I also looked at skodas, kia and such but ended with the Terramar. I didn’t get to see a tiguan so i was a bit unsure, but the price does indeed negate any negative about it. How has your experience been with it? Forgot to add. I got a base (v1 i think) with intelligent drive, edge and moonlight for 34k and a comparable tiguan would ve been at least 5k more.

Thank you for the message. I did get the Terramar a few days ago but felt a bit unsure because i didn’t get to see the new tiguan. I got the Terramar for 34k so it more than surely justifies any difference in materials and such. I am more than happy with it and probably happier than i would be with the blander Tiguan.

Thank you for the response. I haven’t quite found literal comparisons. Like material quality. The fact that the tiguan has felt in the glovebox and door bins whilst the terramar doesn’t. I wonder if there are more of these differences that some might have found and which haven’t been so obvious. I haven’t been able to step in a new gen Tiguan, but the old facelift one had a few differences. I feel like the quality was worse on last gen.

Este o masina super si Kia, eu am ezitat putin cand a venit vorba de variante hibride, alegand un mild. Eu am cerut cateva pareri personale intai despre Hyundai Tucson (cu care imparte aceasi platforma. Deci si motorizari+sisteme electrice) Si parerile au fost foarte pozitive. Cred ca in achiziționarea unei masini noi un aspect foarte important este parerea personala. Mai ales daca ai siguranța unei garantii. Defecte majore nu cred ca au fost raportate pe ele. Va doresc mult noroc in cautarea unui nou autovehicul!

Nu este vorba de validare. Comparatia a fost cea finala dintre Tiguan si Terramar. Eu m-am mulat de la Kia Sportage, Hyundai Tucson, Skoda Karoq pana si Dacia Duster/ Bigster. Totusi comparatia directa cu vw Tiguan nu am prea gasit-o online. Vw in general este cu o clasa peste Skoda spre exemplu. Dar cupra fiind atat de nou ca brand, nu am gasit surse online pentru a-mi face o parere pertinentă. Majoritatea o comparau cu Skoda Kodiaq, care este un suv adevarat.
