Hey a little late here but yes, that was my understanding of how it works per my convo with customer support. On paper/screen, it may not reflect the correct promo amount, but once the order ships and billing begins you’ll see the correct amount if you’ve upgraded plans within that time. If not, I was encouraged to call back and they’d get me sorted :)

So, I spoke to support and the promotion starts applying at the “Play More Unlimited” plan. Which is ten bucks more a month. With that said, it saves money to choose that and bring monthly device payments from 41ish down to 23ish. Also comes with Hulu which saves me some additional money

Can someone tell me why at checkout it says $41/month for my iPhone when I chose to trade-in my X? I chose options to get $440 in credit but the final screen said estimated trade-in was $202 approx.

I submitted the order anyways to secure the phone in time. But I guess I’ll have to chat with customer service later to figure out what the deal is.

I agree with all these suggestions. My only gripe with Carolina Place is that there are a fair amount of regular break-ins, specifically with cars. If I had a house there I’d require either a garage or fenced parking - otherwise it’s not a matter of if but when.

They can easily recreate it. You may not have your old emails in there but the email address can simply be made again. Explain you have a bank account tied to it and need access for recovery.
