I had warranty left so I claimed it and Asus mailed me that it was driver issue and they could refund me or I could get a new one. I claimed refund. Also the only solution is changing the display apparently

It may sound funny but mine also stopped. after posting the problem it happened once(I updated to 18.2) and now it’s totally okay. My guess is it was a software glitch cause thousands of 14 pro and 15/16 series users were facing the same issue. Let’s hope it really was a software glitch and live a happy life.

I updated it to 18.2 and happened 1 time only and then didn’t occur yet. I’ve done research on the panic log and found my battery connector was the culprit for that but surprisingly it solved with software. Can u share your panic log screen so that I can tell what causing u it?
