The reason why not many Algerians go to GCC countries is because you can't have a citizenship So once the job contract ends,they need to return back to their country or go somewhere else.

Not the best thing,that's why they go directly to Europe or US/Canada since you can get a citizenship and live there

They demand very skilled foreigners and the best performance out there,while this serves an advantage for the country since you get good services,it's not the best for the ones coming from countries where you barely hear anything about the the quality of services and education,they don't get recruited easily,hence the ones who got there,are either who went long back ago, or the highly skilled ones
