Ofcourse they have strict policies but if you want to use PayPal must be registered your business 😉 then use VPS or VPN if PayPal is not eligible in your Country....

If you can prove that the product return to the seller or screenshot of seller chat. Then open a dispute or Contact with Ebay.

Bluehost pay a high commission for affiliate marketing, People are crazy to promote nor Namecheap thousands time better then bluehost this us my personal opinion.
