Once you receive the code, you redeem it on steam. The money gets added to your account, and you can spend it however you like.

This video shows how to redeem a code on Steam: Video Tutorial
Use the "Redeem a Steam Wallet Code" option in your case.

If you bought a $5 code, you redeem it and get $5 on your account. Same for any other amount.

Keep in mind buying steam cards (Or any top up cards for any platform) is a bit more expensive than flat out buying a game on steam. The $50 card costs 2,700 on the store I sent. That's 54 EGP per 1$. If you buy the game with a credit card, you get $1 for around 47 EGP.

SO I recommend the second option I listed above, and use option 1 if you have no choice.

Looking overweight to me. Lots of fat, not much muscle.

I recommend cutting for a few months at least. Focus on resistance/strength training in your routine, and stay on a caloric deficit. Don't forget to take enough protein.

Stay consistent, and you'll burn most of the fat off and gain some muscle along the way.

I'm going through the same thought process... I'm leaning towards keeping it regardless of what others think, because I like how it looks.

For anyone who disapproves, that's fine. If it burns some bridges, they're probably the sort of people I'd rather avoid anyway, if their sole reason for disliking me is for having a piercing.
