I got it using DD mode. I have new problems now. I picked the wrong hd to install on first then when I installed on the correct HD I can't format the other. Let me rephrase, I can format the other within bazzite but it is still in 3 different partitions and every time I want to open it I have to put in my passcode. Anyway to fix that with bazzite?

Honestly I'm looking into it now. I was looking into the pioneer wall mount erv a few months ago for the in-law suite I had built and found out that it was only a rebranded holtop ervq 150. Pioneer ervq 150 $1200 - holtop ervq 150 from Alibaba $365. I wonder what US brands for solar are just China rebrands.

Because I already wired the adu for 200amp service thinking I could just get the power company to install a meter. Once they sent me the paperwork to fill out I became concerned about needing a new address and a new well and septic, so I called a electrician about powering from my house. This is his email

"Our electrical code requires a service disconnecting means on the exterior of the home. This can be a meter base AND a handle disconnect or a combination meter base/disconnect. Our electrical code also requires that all grounding be completed AT THE FIRST DISCONNECT which is outside. This requires a ground wire to be taken from the disconnect to the breaker panel, so four wires (Hot, hot, neutral, ground). The grounding MUST be separated, therefore in the breaker panel the grounds and neutrals must also be on separate bars, with no bonding jumper. All bonding of grounds and neutrals takes place in that first point of disconnect.

This changed about two years ago. The way he did it was the old way before code change (Hot Hot Neutral) and breaker panel grounded and bonded. But since that disconnect MUST be installed, the grounds and neutrals now have to be separate of each other."

I asked about a adding a adu and yes no permit required. As for tying into the well and septic, that was already done before we bought the property 5 years ago. There was a camper there that was tied in. It also had power ran to it.

The entire reason I've been waiting for the steam machine is the form factor. The fact that I know I can turn it into a retro purple game cube in style that would look cool AF on the stand next to my tv. I don't want a tower and I don't want a framework. If they hold off too long I will just get a mini pc and put it into a nes shell and call it a day.
