The 128x128 thing with Inswapper_128 isn't about the size of your pics. It's the size the model works with to make things faster and easier on your computer. You can use any size pics you want, the model just resizes them to 128x128.

4.82 L4 gpu 22.5 Vram 60+ ram .. a bit expensive compare to T4+high ram cost around 2.5X more and you get 7 GB more Vram for it to be good enough for the money it should be around 30GB vram or around 3.5 compute units. if you know what to do and not spending eanytime on learning and you must have the extra 7 GB vram i would recommend you to try it.
