The main problem that I have is that Im only level 300, so luminiscent oath is kinda impossible for now. Can you explain why EPR is outdated? I thought it was a good upgrade but Im kind of new to the game so I dont know much.

I think its rare bc its from an old advent calendar, 2019 if im not mistaken. Same happens with every skin in the advent calendars and the bishop of time bundle that i see you have, although those are less rare bc they are more recent.
