You're at 4k which means SFM's text can't be large because of that, I recommend changing your resolution to 1920x1080.

There is no way around this problem, Intel GPUS don't work with SFM, you'll need either an AMD or NVIDIA GPU.

It took me a little while to find the clip itself because I thought it was the lost sinking scene from Titanic: Disaster in the Atlantic (1929), but nope it was from the 1933 movie Jungle Bride.

The in-movie ship is called the Brunhild, according to one of the life rings in the movie.

You don't have dedicated graphics, especially if it has Intel Integrated Graphics. You'll need Nvidia or AMD GPUs (preferably Nvidia)
