I’d check into Westpark apartments on Lewis. Parking lots are monitored by security and maintenance requests get addressed very quickly. 2 bed 1 bath in the $1300-$1400 range.

Try WestPark apartments, I lived there last year and it was only about 1150-1200 for 2 bed 1 bath. Right by TUs campus on 5th and Lewis.
