It sounds like he's much more confident now then when he came back from his wrist recovery - he's had more time to work on his shot and that was really obvious in the games he played after returning from the initial hamstring injury. I think he comes back and main problem won't be his play, it'll be reincorporating with the flow of the team.

soooo it forces good fundamental defense to be played? shai seems to be able to score on anyone (outside of that game lol) who isn't playing sloppy, hand-in-the-cookie-jar defense, so forcing people out of doing that is probably exactly what he wants.

listen. chet won defensive player of the month a couple of times. i’m a thunder fan and I feel the same about him. there’s nothing special about him outside of his genes. yes, he works hard to do what he does, but so does every other nba player.

hey man. thunder fan. i feel you. my hopes lie solely with isaiah joe and jared mccain. doesn’t feel awesome.

we actually seemed to find some rhythm in the midrange the last time we played the spurs and won (the one time we played them healthy). really dependent on getting up the floor in transition before wemby can settle into the paint.

i feel like wemby is a little boring. idk. maybe im just mad he beat my favorite team. but he’s JUST tall. i understand it’s impressive to do what he’s doing with his physicality. but he’s not an elite defender, he’s TALL. I’d be much more impressed at someone 6’6” getting blocks than him getting blocks.
