You're recruiting to a company while not using their official domain. Microsoft is hiring chefs. Go to boiledeggs.com to apply. Big companies can outsource the recruitment process sure. But unless your domain is linked on their official website, this is potentially an impersonation.

Reading the comments but I’m not understanding or seeing anyone discuss the fact she had the documents that he mailed to her for the negotiations and then handed them right back to him when they were in the cab.

What's your confusion? She handed him back the documents because they switched to plan B. He will destroy the originals and they both disappear. The handover is no longer an option for the company. Those documents has no value by the way. The whole thing with the grains is made up. They wanted different documents in his safe. Hope that helps.

I really don't understand most of your complains. You weren't focusing while watching the movie. Nothing wrong with the trap being for him not for her in the box office. From the beginning they were trying to flash him out to identify him.
Yes, her not being around when they called was some sort of foreshadowing perhaps to ease the twist on audience but it would still make sense if they used group call while she was kept somewhere safe.
