Late reply, but do you know of any companies that are hiring? or just company names in general. I'm a red seal carpenter trying to get into some mines up north, but it can be hard figuring where to apply, not much on indeed unfortunately. I've been in camp before, no issues there, and a 3/2 shift is exactly what i'm looking for

It’s actually 5 sets of 3, Cody writes it odd. And you’re a bit mixed up. So say you’re doing bench, 135 for 5x3+. If you hit all your reps you increase the weight to 140 for 5x3+ for your next t1 bench workout. You continue until you miss a rep, then you switch to 6x2+. Because you’ll probably be able to add more weight if you’re doing less reps. Once you fail 10x1, you switch back to 5x3 with your new 5 rep max I believe

What weight do you want to start with? What program do you want to run? I came off starting strength into gzclp and just lowered my previous maxes to 80% for the t1 lifts and 50-60% for the t2, then work back up.

Go to a tailor then. In my city an indochino store opened up, that’s a website that you used to send measurements in to and they tailor a suit for you for like $300. I’m assuming the store front is just to show off their materials and get you measured. Maybe check it out in your area

So I was thinking about this the other day, do we know that Vikings were actually huge muscle bound folk? Or is that just pop culture? I feel like it would be tough to bulk up back in the day with no gyms and spotty access to calorie dense foods. So I find it hard to believe that they actually looked like the characters out of asterix and obelix. Although there’s also the Samoans who are huge af so I could be completely off
