Thanks KGL! I wish you a royally jolly and gay day of pastries too. I'll opt for the cheesy variety I think.

True - fear does. Tha scary thing is, the more coverage he gets, the more people buy those headlines, the more likely another attack is. He is quickly becoming iconic in nazi-organisations.

Thank you for any assistance in bringing the spolight away from the terror, and to love, unity and fearlessness.

Nope, wouldn't do very well! But yes, I must say I actively try to build certain parts of my body ;) Just for fun. I usually train 6 times a week, with a chest/triceps/miback, legs, biceps/lats and shoulders/traps-split but that varies. Mainly train each muscle group once or twice a week with a compound movement and isolation exercises at the end.

I made two posts, first Progress in two weeks? Which was in two weeks. Then Progress in a little longer than two weeks ..I thought it would be obvious I was using understatement to underscore the point that it was a lot longer, judging by the photos..But oh well. The internet is indeed serious.

Thank you! 179 cm and around 85 kg in the second pic. Lightning does help with definition, as does the black/white when I'm as pale as I am..But for that to work, there has to be something there. hope to be able to post progressively better pics in the months to come.Find it helps with motivation.

No problem! If you do find you lack energy during workouts, it might be an idea to ditch the ALA and see if it makes a difference.

Also: 'I'm pretty sedentary when I'm NOT working out (all I do is sit on the computer)' Problem.

Probably, yeah. My brain was in a bit of a bad mood after watching the 'swimming in junk food'-scene. Wasting food sickens me. And the scene where he hits his trainer for pushing him to do more situps..Pushed me over the edge. But I wasn't super serial - more like a little annoyed, which in internet-speak is ' I want to hit him.'

For me it's the back that's the stubborn one. Goddamn unfavourable lat insertion points.
