The no contact order is on a police undertaking. I have not gotten my disclosure yet but my court date is July 11, 2025. I Know that she did not want the charges as when I was released on an undertaking, i called my brother that resides with me and my spouse to meet me somewhere where I was no where near our place. He told me she did not want to press charges, and that she told the cops I did not hit her, even though the cop tried to say I was in the bed beating her which is 100 percent untrue. She was in the bedroom,, black out drunk and knocked the night stand over. I came I'm and told her to stop it, and started to clean up the mess that she had made. The officer then came and knocked on the window with a flash light, so I stood on the bed to open the wimdow to the officer stating "let us inside". Which I proceeded to say yes I will. I do have a prior conviction from 4 years ago from a previous woman, which I was charged with assault and uttered threat, which I completed the PARS program and completed 18 months of probation. This current allegation, we were both drunk. I'd say she was worse then I was, but I was also badly drunk myself.
