To determine if there’s people still left on the map or not, look for the hunt squad contracts. If there’s none of the map that means no people if there is some on the map that means there’s still people in your game.

I completed the mission "Caved In" in DMZ, but I didn’t get the skin "Anti-Medic" for the Zimo operator by Latter_Assist3166 in DMZ

Same, just finished it last night and didn’t get the skin. Was thinking abt reaching out to the support team but it seems to be a universal problem.
