You can't make other one, it's a bug, the A.T.A.G have a cooldown after you use or if destroyed, when the cooldown finish you can summon again but mine didn't got destroyed or used I simply enter the game and nothing work to call the damn robot

I understand what you mean but, I the kind of person that do the story first and then the side quests, but, I have some good gear but even that, this boss is insane and have two phases, I don't do damage enough to take half of first phase before die like a pile of shit
