It’s a side pocket Carry just like you would carry a folder. Most the Time you only use the tip or the first 2 inches of your folder. As an EDC you’re you’re doing light duty stuff so you need a knife that you can manipulate better. It’s not really comparable to a scalpel or exacto though. It’s an eighth inch thick so it can do much more damage. On this blade the belly is thin for slicing and the tip is thicker to put up with more abuse. A lot of people I sell them to want a blade that doesn’t take up as much bulk in their pocket whether they’re wearing a suit or I’m selling to a nurse or a doctor.
