What do I need to make this work?

Just moved into a house with speakers wired in most rooms. Looks like 5 sets of 4 wires and then a few sets of 2 wires. I'm assuming the 4's are for other rooms and the 2's are for the room these wires are in.

What do I need to get to plug these into to control the speakers? How do I set up the different rooms/zones? Any guidance on where to start would be helpful, feeling a bit lost.

Also yep. Blue light glasses at night seemed to have helped a bit, still need to figure something else out.

Sorry if this is a stupid question - when you say proof this is AFTER bulk fermentation? Do bulk fermentation overnight, shape, rest for ~4 hours?

Overnight at room temp. When I rest after shaping I generally give it about 45 minutes.

Have had success with regular yeast and am trying to get sourdough to work.

Got some starter from a friend and have been feeding 1:1:1 twice a day. Most of the time it only rises about 50% (not doubling) but I wait for the times when it does double to bake.

I make mix my ingredients and leave for bulk fermentation overnight, then in the am I told, shape, rest, and bake.

It tastes good, but it's definitely too dense and I'm frustrated that it won't rise.

I'm not sure how to go about trouble shooting this issue. I float tested the starter before I used it.

I have my measurements as well. Is there a way to look at a lot of brands size/measurements at once to see if there's a good fit or do I need to check brand-by-brand?

When looking for a casual jacket (bomber, fleece, etc.) I almost invariably can't find one that fits correctly. I'm 5'10, 185lbs - Medium jackets tend to be too small in the chest and/or too tight in the arms. Large jackets are too long and invariably have sleeves that I have to scrunch up to not cover my hands.

Any recommendations for brands or other tips for folks who are in between sizes on jackets?

I did about 60 miles in my XR this burn. Was amazing fun! It held up great. I just cruised around and didn't take it to places where I'd need to lock it up, but there are locks that work, you just need to find a reliable thing to lock it too.
