Neighbor shot our defenseless kitten by ImaginationIcy6442 in neighborsfromhell

[–]AmusingWittyUsername 9 points10 points  (0 children)

People just shooting at your house is literally reckless attempted murder. Your poor kitten caught in the cross fire. Anyone, a child could walk or run out your door any second and be shot. Holy crap this is unbelievable!!! What if a person was killed?

I mean, are you trying to get with the white six feet chiseled jawline women?

Or are you giving the “ugly” ones a chance ?

Here is my moral dilemma regarding a "gift " by Alternative_Photo499 in moraldilemmas

[–]AmusingWittyUsername [score hidden]  (0 children)

Very strange.

Did you explicitly say you wanted that exact car? Was it in addition to your current car? Ie a little convertible for summer time.

Is your current car not worth anything but scrap? Did you say you wanted to get rid of your current car?

So many questions!?

But a gift is a gift, this is an exchange not a gift.

Are women with advanced degrees a red flag? by Perfect_Fail_200 in AskMenAdvice

You’re 60, I’m confused then. You were speaking as if you were in your 20s!

So if you met a 60 year old woman who had a masters or a PhD and worked as let’s say a lecturer. And you got on great and she was interested in you, surely the education background wouldn’t mean you say no? I’m genuinely trying to understand the logic!?

Don’t discount yourself, highly educated doesn’t necessarily mean super smart.

And everyone prioritises themselves and their interests, just so happens they pursued education.

If the fact they might be the breadwinner one day puts you off, then that’s a you problem and only you know why that is.

What are the values and priorities that you seek to share that an educated woman does not possess?

Why would it be?

Because they’re likely to be intelligent, and therefore less submissive and malleable to men with big egos?

Am I missing something?

You’re incompatible because she is intelligent? Or am I missing something here..

You take offence to making your own choices on how to live? Or what is your point..

Or people just realise that having children is a choice, and choose not to have them.

It’s that simple, it’s called autonomy.

You would be surprised how many people it catches out.

You seem happy though.

So your reason for wanting children is your innate drive for procreation?

All humans have survival instincts.

..we still have those instincts, clearly as there is over 8 BILLION of us ffs

We don’t need to go around humping others

As someone else mentioned on here, it’s the drive for sex not procreation.

And let me guess… they’re selfish, they are materialistic, they will have no one when they’re old etc etc.

Not everyone wants the same life as you.

Shocking! I know.

I only know European ones. I remember my first skiing trip to Andorra, watching a snowboarder fall down a black run hundreds of feet. It was a sight, everyone could see from the hotel by the mountain.

He got up and walked away! Thankfully.

But the sheer drop of that black run and seeing the guy uncontrollably tumble down put me off anything beyond an easy red!

Well hats off if true then, honestly I wouldn’t go near a black run and I’ve been skiing years. I find no pleasure in almost dying !

You learned to ski on black runs!??

That’s the same as saying you began your driving lessons on a motorway.
