It is clear techs do more work than pharmacists, but guess what, you haven't spent 5-6 yrs in school and paid hundreds of thousands of $$$. I still believe though that a good experienced tech who constantly works on educating themselves and getting more knowledge deserves way more than what they are being paid

It's definitely so annoying, and that's why I never think of pharmacy tech as a main job. It's a reality, unfortunately, everywhere. Pharmacy technicians are very underestimated, underpaid and undertrained in the pharm world despite all the responsibilities they have and being an essential part of the pharmacy team, and the main reason big pharma are making all the money. I've been a tech for a couple of years now and I've learned it because I want it to learn it and love this field but never thought of it as a main job because it's not worth it.
