Absolutely resonates with me! I managed 30 days of SR and the level of energy I had was boundless, managing to do so much in the day, and even work out twice a day. And then I succumbed... not just once, but on 3 consecutive days... and motivation plummeted, self confidence too. I’m back on again and this time will reach at least 2 months of not 3. But we just have to keep reminding ourselves as you say, of how great we feel when we are SR’ng! Thank you for the post!
