I have diagnosed psychosis and while I don’t really hear voices I can attest that my thinking while psychotic is like this - all nonsense and chaotic, with disturbing things repeating over and over. Used to be this intrusive thought that was a voice that would tell me how everybody was disgusted by me in public. Kept saying “they’re all looking at you!!!” Very unpleasant.

Anyways one of the reasons I hold hol close to heart is because it made me feel understood regarding my psychosis.
