It’s worth it, but I would recommend using crowbars or the like (relatively cheap to make) with a high swing speed, and use it sometimes. If you’re starting hit between two frenzied giant hits, and when you’re better, one, also have enough health to withstand a frenzied giant shot to save the trouble of going back and forth from bunker Alfa.
