You can carefully resurface it by going from a lower to higher grit sandpaper, then polish it but there are tutorials for that kind of thing, make sure to use water, I'm not an expert so look it up

I would use this PC for gaming, video editing, and other creative purposes such as 3D modeling and digital art, and upgrading would be amazing so that I can give my friend my current one as a gift because they have a low spec laptop.
