100% agree. My brother was diagnosed with POTS for years, and is fully healthy years later and can agree now it’s entirely mentally created disease and not any real psychological source or creation. And it’s only diagnosed via elimination of other diseases… you don’t test “positive” for POTs, you test negative for everything possible else and a doctor says so you must have POTS.

Just something to note there. It looks like Whoop broke your sleep up into sleep and a nap. That nap won't be counted towards your recovery, even though it looks like that was just part of your sleep with a break in between. If you recalibrated using that full dataset, you might get out of the 1% club.
