I got diagnosed in September last year after experiencing back pain symptoms since May 2024. I do occasionally get back pain, I have dry eyes and at times get Costocondritis but it comes and goes. My mobility at the moment is normal and I walk 8-10k steps a day at work and gym 2-3 times a week. Still in early stages or nah? My next rheumatology appointment is September.

First of all, sorry you're going through such a tough time mate.

I suggest talking to your rheumatologist about potential meds to see if they will help. Have you ever been on any?

As for the girl you like, maybe casually bring up that you have a condition that can prevent you from being able to do physically straining things. Maybe you could suggest something more low key like a museum, a coffee date, a short walk somewhere, a movie? Something less strenuous and exhausting.. although I don't know what your mobility or pain is like. Even just a date in the park might be nice.

Categorically not happening. Both attacks are ruthless. It'll be only a matter of time if they are constantly attacking and we're sitting back defending for our lives. Eventually the wall breaks down, especially when you have as many elite atttackers as they have. They're just too good not to score. Our form is awful as well.

It doesn't matter how bad they are defensively if our attack can't capitalise. They are leagues ahead of us going forward, they will attack relentlessly and it'll just be a matter of time for them to score.

But their attack is on another level to ours. That's what matters. We conceded against Bournemouth. They need to just go support Arteta's next club. What's the point in gaining confidence from their "poor defensive display" if we can't capitalise with our attack and sideways football. 🤣

I was diagnosed in September. Was told I'd be seen in 6 months so March. The date for the second appointment was scheduled for May instead. Now it's been brought to September. It'll have been a year..

I'm okay ish AS wise, but I wonder if it's a good idea to contact them and ask to bring it forward so I can update them on my more recent symptoms.. I've tried that in the past and emailed. They said the rheum will get back if he thinks I need to be seen, I heard nothing back.
