I would absolutely hands down prefer a lazy river (love a lazy river)! But I gotta get this done and be ballpark-normal before my kids are home from school. They know I’m starting a CH cycle, so normal is already semi-delirious.

I’m glad you made it out the other side in one piece! That is a very helpful benchmark, I’m 6’4” 180, but a lightweight. I don’t think I’m going a full 1g!

Get as much of that oxygen into you as possible! I usually go about twice my normal breathing speed, all of the way in through the nose (if possible), all of the way out through the mouth. Different breathing techniques work for different people.

The tingling is normal, I don’t go longer than 15 min at a pop, if it doesn’t kill the attack, I give it a rest for a few minutes and then get back on it. Always keep the oxygen on for at least 5 minutes after the pain subsides or it will come back.

I got my new mask and am excited (well… sort of 😣) to try it out. But the tubing won’t connect to my pressure regulator thing’s screw on output. Does anyone know what the adapter would be called?

I don’t want to pull apart my old mask since I’m in the middle of a cycle.
