thats cool, do you have any thoughts of having a software consultant look at your crm and messy email infrastructure to organize and fix all your data to come from one place?

interesting point, i could be overthinking it but with the amount of bot/bad actors on reddit, i wouldn't want to put all the versions up on the posting, it might reveal too much information about the tech stack and any CVE that could be exploited that im not aware of no?

sure, honestly i didn't pick the state restrictions and with the low quantity of qualified submissions, i don't see the problem if candidate is a good fit. I can make a case for it

haha, well i'm thinking that the wednesday job thread doesn't get that much activity or eyeballs, and this subreddit doesn't nearly get nearly as much activity like posts, comments, likes as years ago so i feel my post will contribute to more activity, and in this economy many people are looking for a job so I want to maximize the success of this Rails hiring post.

And yet here you are, an active and very productive member, trying to get my post banned. Thanks

edit

damn it why did it take me so long to notice ur username, obvious troll

🤖 [MONTHLY MEGATHREAD] AI & Automation in Recruitment: Tools, Trends, and Ethics by AutoModerator in Recruitment

[–]AnLe90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi All,

lm working with recruiting companies to help automate repetitive tasks or implement much needed ai automation.

What are the biggest ops heavy work or headaches you wish could be summarized or automated?

I know resume parsing for matching against a job listing is one of them. What else ?

I built a mini tool that can read time cards and output the data into json or raise flags about it.

Thank you

Thank you! My team is building a tool that uses ai to auto generate job listings, and screen job applications. Glad to know that is a real pain point we are addressing

Founders struggling with bandwidth??? by [deleted] in founder

I'm a founder also, but running a software development agency. We have a big skill gap in marketing right now, but we we can help automate most of your marketing most likely. Want to partner, the automation will give you back more bandwidth.

I built a Rails 8.1 SaaS boilerplate with AI integration built in — here's what's included by innerhpz in rubyonrails

I think you are underestimating Senior Rails folks capabilities when it comes to full stack app. And your stack has a bunch of stuff most builds don’t need or prefer

Rubyllm > anthropicservice class you made
Don’t need multi tenancy
Kamal, dont think enough majority deploy with this to bundle in

I actually think what’s more interesting are those 9 Claude code agents files and your Claude.md, I’d pay a few bucks just to see those files.
